• Substance-abuse treatment offered only in collaboration with other area providers with appropriate credentials.
• Patients must make a commitment to follow through on recommended therapy and group attendance to be eligible for the program.
• I will not see people for Suboxone treatment who live, work, or are in treatment further north than Middlebury or further south than Danby. This restriction is based on experience.
